1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" means the 55bdt website accessible at https://55bdt.io and all associated services, features, games, betting markets, and tools available through it.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered a 55bdt account and uses the Platform for any purpose, including browsing, depositing, betting, playing casino games, or withdrawing funds.
• "Account" means the registered player account held on the 55bdt Platform, associated with a unique username and a verified identity.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a player's account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳), including both real-money balance and any bonus balance where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or matched deposit bonus credited to a player's account as part of a 55bdt promotional offer, which is subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by 55bdt before processing any withdrawal request.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked in qualifying bets or games before it can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law and from which 55bdt does not accept players.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 55bdt Platform, registering an account, or using any service offered through the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Your acceptance of these Terms is continuous and ongoing. Each time you log into your account and use the Platform, you reaffirm your acceptance of the Terms as they stand at that time. If 55bdt amends these Terms, your continued use of the Platform following the publication of the amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

These Terms apply to all players using the Platform from Bangladesh, including residents of Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and all other regions of Bangladesh. It is the sole responsibility of each player to ensure that their use of the Platform is lawful under the laws applicable to them in their location.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use a 55bdt account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The Platform is strictly for adults. 55bdt takes underage gambling seriously and will permanently close any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age, with all balances forfeited.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and automated agents may not register player accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended 55bdt account. Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or depositing funds on behalf of, another person.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.

55bdt reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 55bdt account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 55bdt will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify 55bdt's support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Support is available 24/7 via the in-platform live chat function. 55bdt will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such a notification.

You are prohibited from allowing any other person — including family members — to use your account. All bets, deposits, and gameplay activity conducted through your account are deemed to have been made by you personally, regardless of who physically placed them.

55bdt uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, you acknowledge that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and you use the Platform at your own risk.

5 Deposits & Payments

55bdt accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits are set per transaction and per day as displayed in the cashier section of your account.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing funds from a payment account belonging to another person is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of the deposit to its source account where technically possible.

Deposits are typically credited to your 55bdt balance within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. In the event of a delay, you should contact 55bdt support with your transaction reference number.

55bdt does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your mobile money provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply its own transaction charges, which are your sole responsibility.

55bdt reserves the right to request verification of the source of deposited funds as part of its anti-money laundering obligations. This may include requesting bank statements or mobile money transaction histories. Failure to comply with such requests may result in withdrawal restrictions being applied to your account.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once a player has successfully completed the KYC verification process. KYC requires the submission and approval of a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of the payment method used for deposits.

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. Withdrawals to a different mobile wallet or third-party account are not permitted.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–4 hours during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or pending KYC review.

55bdt reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal request. Where a withdrawal is held for review, the player will be notified and any required documentation will be requested promptly.

Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. Only real-money funds that have satisfied the applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal. The cashier section of your account clearly displays your withdrawable balance at all times.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

55bdt offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses offered on the 55bdt Platform:

• Each bonus offer is available to eligible players once only, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are credited in BDT to your bonus balance and are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be completed before any portion of the bonus can be converted to real-money funds.
• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only, unless stated otherwise. The specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x) and qualifying games or bet types are detailed in each individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds have a validity period — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting — after which any unconverted bonus balance will be removed from the account.
• Free bets are used in full on a single bet of at least the specified minimum odds. Winnings from free bets are credited as real-money funds; the free bet stake itself is not returned.
• 55bdt reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect bonuses already credited to player accounts.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multiple account bonus claiming, coordinated bonus exploitation, arbitrage betting with bonus funds, or any strategy designed to extract value from bonuses without genuine gameplay intent — will result in bonus cancellation, account suspension, and forfeiture of associated winnings.

8 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 55bdt Platform are subject to the following general betting rules. Sport-specific rules and market-specific rules are published in the relevant sections of the sportsbook.

• Bets are only valid once confirmed and a unique bet reference number has been issued by the system. An unconfirmed bet is not a valid bet.
• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player, except where a specific cash-out feature has been made available for that market and the player exercises it prior to settlement.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds at which the bet will be settled, provided the bet is placed successfully before any odds change takes effect.
• 55bdt reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, at clearly incorrect odds, or on an event that has already concluded at the time of placement.
• In the event of a cricket match being abandoned, reduced, or affected by weather or other external factors, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable cricket betting rules published in the sportsbook.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market, per event, and per day. These limits are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placing a bet and may be adjusted by 55bdt at any time without prior notice.
• 55bdt employs automated systems and manual review to detect suspicious betting patterns. Any bet found to be associated with match-fixing, insider information, or coordinated irregular betting will be voided and the player's account suspended.

9 Casino Rules

All casino games available on the 55bdt Platform — including slots, live dealer games, crash games, table games, and any other casino product — are subject to the following rules:

• The outcome of all digital casino games (slots, crash, RNG table games) is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). 55bdt does not manipulate game outcomes. The RNG systems used on the Platform have been independently audited and certified for fairness by the respective game providers.
• Live dealer games are operated by third-party providers (including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi) and are subject to their respective game rules, which are displayed within the game interface.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or crash game, the round will be settled according to the game's disconnection policy, which is detailed in the game's help section. 55bdt is not liable for losses resulting from player-side connection failures.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per round. These are displayed within the game interface before each round begins.
• Any malfunction of a game client — including display errors, incorrect odds shown within a game, or software bugs — voids all affected game rounds. 55bdt will credit affected players' accounts with the staked amount for any voided rounds.
• Collusion between players in live table games — including sharing cards, coordinating bets, or any form of communication designed to gain an unfair advantage — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 55bdt Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same identity or a different identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, play games, or interact with the Platform in any way not sanctioned by 55bdt.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or bugs in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable software error will be voided.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or reproduce any part of the 55bdt Platform.
• Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider in respect of a valid deposit that has been used for gambling activity.
• Depositing, using, or withdrawing funds that are derived from criminal activity or that constitute the proceeds of money laundering.
• Betting on events where you have advance non-public knowledge of the outcome (insider betting / match-fixing).
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 55bdt staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information or identity documents at any stage of account registration or KYC verification.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

55bdt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• A player's request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement directive requiring account restriction.

Where an account is closed due to a player's own breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed at the player's own request in good standing, the remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard KYC and withdrawal requirements.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 55bdt support. Self-exclusion requests processed through the Responsible Gaming programme are governed by the terms of that programme and carry a minimum exclusion period of six months.

12 Responsible Gaming

55bdt is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, available at no cost from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure alerts that notify them after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may take a temporary break from the Platform for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the account is suspended and cannot be reactivated early.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 55bdt, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in odds, game results, or account balance displays that are promptly corrected upon discovery.
• Loss of winnings resulting from a player's own connection failure, device malfunction, or browser incompatibility.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's own failure to maintain the security of their credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss arising from the use of the Platform, even where 55bdt has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

Nothing in these Terms limits 55bdt's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 55bdt makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the fitness of its services for any particular purpose.

14 Intellectual Property

All content on the 55bdt Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 55bdt or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any Platform software; or use any 55bdt brand assets in any way not expressly authorised in writing by 55bdt.

Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is licensed to 55bdt for use on the Platform. Your use of those games is additionally subject to the terms of the respective studios.

15 Privacy & Data Protection

55bdt collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by 55bdt — including your name, contact information, date of birth, identity documents, and transaction history — is used for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, and improving the Platform experience.

55bdt does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only where required for payment processing, identity verification, or where required by law. 16 Amendments to These Terms

55bdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made — meaning a change that significantly affects players' rights or obligations — 55bdt will provide reasonable advance notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date, and may additionally notify players via their registered email address.

Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms.

Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes in contact information — take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.

17 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international commercial law, with particular regard to the laws applicable to online entertainment platforms and consumer protection principles relevant to users based in Bangladesh.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the use of the Platform, or any transaction on the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith discussion. Disputes should be raised in the first instance with the 55bdt support team via the in-platform live chat or by email to [email protected]. 55bdt undertakes to respond to formal dispute notifications within 5 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English. This clause does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that you may hold under the laws of your jurisdiction.
